Danica Foster is the Director of Licensing for the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC), overseeing both cannabis and alcohol licensing for the state of Oregon.  Danica started with OLCC in 2015 when recreational marijuana was first legalized in the state, and has served in many different regulatory capacities within the agency’s alcohol and marijuana programs.  Danica has a BA in English from the University of Alaska, and a JD from Willamette University College of Law.  Prior to her career in state regulatory work Danica was a litigation attorney in Oregon, and enjoys getting outside to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her daughters and two dogs.
