Barbara Storm works for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority. She serves as the Special Agent in Charge of Field Operations for the Northern Virginia Regional Office of the Bureau of Law Enforcement. A West Virginia native, she received an Associate Degree in Legal Studies from the West Virginia Northern Community College (Wheeling, WV) in 1982. In May 1993 she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport University (Newport News, VA), and in 2003 a Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA). Barbara began her career in law enforcement in 1994 as a patrol officer for the City of Hampton, Virginia. She has worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1997, first as a Special Agent and then as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Northern Virginia Regional Office. In 2019, Barbara was promoted to the position of Special Agent in Charge of Field Operations for the Northern Virginia Regional Office.
